There are 90 capsules in the bottle and depending on how often you take the 2 capsules, it will last you either 3 months or a month and a half.

There is a slight "herbal" smell to them while in the bottle together but the pills themselves don't smell bad or off-putting.  There's no ill-side effects so far for me and I've been taking them for about 3 weeks now.  I don't notice any particular "change" that screams out at me however, I feel better mentally knowing I'm using preventative actions to take care of an essential organ.  The company does offer a 100% optimum results guarantee.  But again, since I'm not sure what results I should be seeing, I wouldn't know where to even begin to "complain".  I'm just happy to be taking a supplement that gives my liver what it needs to function at its best!  :)

It comes in a small, brown bottle with a dropper.. The bottle color IS important!  The brown bottle keeps out light to help preserve the benefits of the Vitamin C and other active ingredients.  The dropper is also the perfect size.  It's not short, therefore when you're at the end of your stash, you're not struggling to get some up into the dropper.

Organic Aloe is amazing for soothing skin as well as for hydrating the skin, this is perfect for people, like myself, with sensitive skin and experience reactions to new products.

According to the Q&A on Amazon, there's 20% Vitamin C aka Sodium Ascorbyl Phosphate.  It's an antioxidant that fights free radical damage to the skin including fine lines and wrinkles, dryness, and collagen loss.  Vitamin C also helps  to brighten and smooth dull and damaged skin.

Botanical Hyaluornic Acidic Acid is a fabulous moisturizer and helps to hydrate your skin.   It’s also known as a water binder.  Hyaluronic Acid can actually bind 1,000 times it’s weight in water!!  Wow!  It's a wonderful ingredient to help push that needed moisture deep into the layers of your dry, thirsty skin.

Witch Hazel is a well-known acne fighter, natural astringent and help to lock in moisture.

Organic Jojoba Oil is the only oil that I know of that's the most similar to the skin’s natural sebum, meaning it most closely resembles what naturally comes out of our pores.  It's also highly moisturizing to your skin and it’s non-comedogenic aka non-pore clogging!

The directions are pretty straight forward as far as how to use.  There aren't any specifics of how much to use aside from "a small amount".  In the 2nd photo you can see the amount I have in the dropper.  This was enough serum to cover my entire face and neckline without it being too much or too little.  You'll want to experiment with yourself on this and see how much is good for your needs.

Now, for the results!  The serum oil absorbs quickly into your skin and leaves no no oily residue or funky odor.  It leaves my skin feeling noticeably softer and smoother and definitely less dry!  It takes about 15-20 seconds to fully absorb into my skin and then I apply moisturizer or whatever products, if needed, after.  My face feels amazing...! It feels so much more smoother and refreshed and I've noticed less fine lines on my forehead and less darkness around the bottom of my eyes.  I also love that it's VERY affordable in comparison to others.

Christmas Party Food Inspirations

So last year we hosted our first Christmas Party for friends in our home.  I've been hosting and throwing Halloween parties for over 11 years and I needed to change it up.  I absolutely love anything and everything Christmas.  So much so that you will often find me listening to Christmas music off and on during the entire year.  Once it's November 1st, my brain goes into full Christmas mode and I literally have dreams about Christmas; the birthday of Jesus, love towards fellow man, the decorations, music, giving out gifts, donating to adopted Christmas Angel kids, baking, cooking and all around entertaining!  I wouldn't be surprised if there are Sugar Plums dancing around in my mind at night!

Getting creative with food for entertaining doesn't have to break your wallet.  There are a ton of easy, cheap and delightful things you can make and show your festivities to everyone.  :)  Here are some photos of things my husband and I made last year:

During the 1st week of October, I decided to purchase this Épique Firming Body Cream on Amazon and give it a try.  I read over the reviews and wondered to myself just how true they really were... Then, I saw what sealed the deal for me.. a total 100% money back satisfaction guarantee and that it's made here in the USA!  Two things that are hard to find with a lot of products, especially as of late, beauty products!  In my opinion, if a company can offer such a strong guarantee then they truly believe in and stand by their product(s) and claims.

So, when the product arrived I looked it over, re-read the ingredients and instructions for use.  I also found myself pleasantly surprised at how much there really was.  I know it's 6 oz/180 ml but for some reason, I imagined it would be a smaller container and wouldn't last me very long.  Glad I was mistaken!  :)

The cream itself has the consistency of a thick or non-cheap shampoo.  It's milky white in color and a little goes a long way!  A blueberry sized amount covers my entire back thigh from buttocks to the back of my knee.  It's NOT oily or greasy.  And oh wow, the scent is amazing!  It's like a peppermint stick went and rolled around with some oranges and had this delicious smelling baby right here!  Because of the unique blend of smells, I think it's perfect for all seasons for use.  My husband loves the scent - he actually asked me what new perfume I was using!  Hahaha!

When I apply the cream as directed, it takes a few minutes to fully absorb into my skin and gives a refreshing, cool sensation... I'm guessing that's the Peppermint Leaf Extract!  It's a nice feeling.  :)

As for personal results - I do believe and can see where it's actually doing its intended work vs offering up false hope.  My little thigh dimples are diminishing and my skin feels smoother, firmer and even softer than it did 2 weeks ago.  Mind you, this isn't plastic surgery in a bottle - however, it DOES actually work when you use it and give it time.  Don't look for a miracle in a week, especially if you aren't even willing to use it 2-3 times a day and don't look for it to be like liposuction either.  Remember, unrealistic expectations will lead to zero results and a complete and total disappointment.
