Dino-Bubbles Review & Giveaway

Dino-Bubbles Review & Giveaway

I am a very nervous and over protective mother when it comes to my little guy. I only want the very best for him. I know that in ten years, I will look back and realize I was a bit crazy. I still feel I would rather be safe then sorry. I knew for the past few years, bubble baths can be so unsafe for children. You would think something that is geared for kids, would be safe. But the truth of the matter is, the majority of bubble baths have chemicals in them that can lead to your children having urinary tract infections. Which if not caught right away can lead to many more terrible things.

So, that being said. I was a nervous nelly about giving my son a bubble bath. I knew he would love it, but I didn't want anything to happen to him. I was recently able to try Dino Bubbles, from Smith and Vandiver

I was so excited to try these, because these are completely safe for your little ones. There are no chemicals added to these bubbles, no sulfates or dioxanes. When I took them out of the box, there was a strong, but not terrible grape smell. I did get a bit nervous that the smell of the bubble bath was going to over power the smell of my sons body wash. I put just a small amount in the tub with him to make sure he was going to be fine with them. My son spent his bath making bath beards. He did try to eat them, but I wasn't so worried knowing that they were 99% natural.

To my surprise, the smell of the bubble bath did not transfer onto my sons skin. It was great. He does love bath time, but I never hear that many giggles from just a normal bath, and it was nice to be able to sigh a bit of relief knowing these bubbles were not going to hurt him in any way. I also loved that I didn't have to repeat myself by telling him to "sit on your butt" one hundred times like every other bath night.

I was also able to try Dino-Fizz. I used this on another bath night to see how my son would react to them. After I had ran his bath water, I dropped the Dino Egg into his water. He thought it was great having the egg fizz around, he kept trying to touch it. It also left the water a slight green color. Which I thought was fun, since it didn't transfer to his skin. They have a nice light scent. When the Dino egg had finished fizzing a small dinosaur popped up. Now because my son is so small right now, I had to take it away, because he wanted to taste that. And it could be a choking hazard, but for an older child I don't think that this would be an issue. These are very cute, and leave a lot or surprise for your child.
