It's been many years since I have used a frying pan that got me so excited about it's performance that I find myself showing it off to close friends and family when they pop over to visit!  The Green Earth Frying Pan by Ozeri is simply SUPERB!  I am absolutely stunned by it's incredible performance overall - from how well it cooks to how it cleans up nicely afterwards.

I'm a huge fan of textured non-stick pans, I find the food cooks more evenly and doesn't stick as easily as they do on a typical flat surfaced pan.  The handle is great, does not absorb the heat and therefore burn you silly.  This Ozeri Green Earth pan is healthier to use vs other cheap knockoffs that are NOT 100% PTFE and PFOA free.. which the EPA has classified as a 'persistent pollutant of the environment'.  It's also induction ready and easy to clean.  Personally, to keep your pan in its prime, I'd recommend not throwing it in a dishwasher..  you CAN, it's dishwasher safe.. but I value my pans and the abrasives will create small scores in the surface and you'll be having to replace them.

I decided the simplest cook test would be - fried eggs!  As you can see from the photos below, I cooked two eggs and broke the yolk of one on purpose to see how well it would still cook and flip without leaving a big mess or egg residue.  As per the instructions, I used a small amount of oil (extra virgin olive oil) to coat the pan.  I added 1/4 tsp and used a small sheet of paper towel to rub it in.  After wiping away any excess oil, I allowed the pan to heat up.  I cracked my eggs and began to cook them... breaking one of them to see if it would be hard to flip with the yolk running all over the place.  It took LESS time to cook AND both eggs were incredibly easy to flip!  I didn't have to scrape or re-oil the pan!

The Green Earth Frying Pan by Ozeri also comes with a green, felt protective "buffer" so you can store it safely with other pans or pots on top of it and not risk scratching the surface with any friction.

Utilizing GREBLON -- an ultra-safe ceramic coating from Germany, the Green Earth Pan by Ozeri is one of the world's first frying pans to achieve non-stick perfection while remaining absolutely free of PTFE, PFOA and other harmful chemicals.  Conventional cookware and other ceramic cookware brands achieve their non-stick performance through a coating of PTFE, a synthetic substance that has waxy properties.  At very high temperatures, PTFE begins to decompose and release fumes which are documented to be lethal to birds and small pets, and which can be harmful to humans.  In addition, traditional pans incorporating PTFE are often manufactured with the aid of PFOA, which the EPA has classified as a 'persistent pollutant of the environment'.  With the Green Earth Pan's GREBLON ceramic from Germany, even under high temperatures, no harmful toxic fumes are ever released into the environment.  This is because the Green Earth Pan utilizes a 100% ceramic coating inspired by nature - not a laboratory.  The Green Earth Pan's ceramic coating is completely free of PTFE and PFOA, and far more durable and scratch-resistant than other non-stick surfaces. These are some absolutely GORGEOUS bags. No matter which color you decide to get you will love it. They are made of high quality, faux leather suede and are VERY roomy inside.  You can easily fit a couple of notebooks or even an iPad or tablet inside.. along with other necessities like wallet, phone, brush, makeup, etc.

The tassel fringe is super fun and trendy and therefore you can use this for school, work, going out, whatever! It's also a modern and chique design and suitable for teenagers and adults.  So whether you're 18 or 48, I'm sure you'll be happy with this product as well.  I personally like that it's not real leather - makes me feel good using it!  :)

The purple is 36cm X 26cm X 10cm with more of a flat-top design and the grey is 14.2 x 10.2 x 3.9 inches with somewhat of a curved-top design. Both have separated pouches and a zipper pouch inside as well as a little card holder that's optional to use. The straps on both are plentiful so you can adjust the length to be as short as you need to and want. Because there's no actual holes, you can really customize it to your desires.. plus you can tie a knot with the straps.  :)

SM Silicone Cutting Board

I've used many different cutting boards over the years and while I'm a fan of the flexible silicone boards.. they never seem to last as long as I'd like!  Now, what truly sets this particular one apart from the others that we have used in the past is how wonderfully thick it is and the overall premium quality that you can feel and see in comparison to the others that are similar.  I was afraid at first that we would lose some of the flexibility due to the thickness but surprisingly it's still able to fold and bend just fine.

As you can see in the video demonstration, my husband used one of our very large and very sharp knives to slice the carrot and there were NO visible knife marks left behind!  So it definitely appears to be a lot more durable than the thinner cutting boards we've used.  It also stayed put on the stove top, perfectly in place, and did not move around.  The cutting board cleans off very easily, both by hand or in the dishwasher.

Included were two silicone and acrylic pastry brushes and instructions to download an e-book that is filled with tips about eating more healthy.  Now, even though the two silicone brushes were a bonus item, I'm still very pleased with them and their quality as well.  This is definitely going to be a cutting board we take with us on our future camping trips!  :)

First let me start out by saying the DreamWalker is probably one of the coolest inventions for fun mobility out there!

The battery life is amazing with the preinstalled 110Wh lithium battery that only takes about an hour to give a full charge yet gives you a good FIVE hours of playtime before needing to be charged again. If you have never used anything like this before, like my husband in this video, you will want to take your time getting comfortable with balancing before attempting to go at high speeds. As you can see in the video he is using some heavy duty trekking poles for balance.

Maneuvering is a breeze once you start to get the feel for it. You can increase your speed by applying light pressure towards the front part of the scooter on the footpads and if you want to decrease your speed just press your heels down instead. Turning is no issue as it turns on a dime and almost seems to do it instinctively as you're using it and maneuvering it with your body. The motor is a smart motor and that's excellent for keeping you safe while having fun… meaning, if you tried to go downhill and go to fast it will not let you go past the maximum speed.

The scooter itself is a little less than 30 pounds in weight and reasonably portable for the average adult and older teenager… Children around the age of 14 or younger may not be able to carry it properly and safely. It comes with a 100 to 240 V AC charger with standard US plugs, no special adapters are required… It also comes with a user manual that gives you instructions of basic usage and some tips.

The outside body itself is thin and does scratch up pretty easy if you take a spill on a hard surface such as concrete or asphalt.

Key things to keep in mind:

• Foot pressure needs to be in balance on both sides in order to move properly
• Take your time learning to balance and move
• Come to a stop completely and step off the scooter backwards to dismount it
• Keep yourself relaxed when riding and try to move your body in a fluid motion and the scooter will follow your lead
• Keeping your feet closer towards the wheels on either side will help you balance, especially if you're just learning

I leave this review saying try this out for yourself because it's a ton of fun and if you take care of it, it should last you for many years!

I used this on our most recent trip to the beach and if you are familiar with southern beaches and the summer season then you know it rains quite often! It's also held in place by a metal carabiner instead of a tiny loop-through string! The pouch itself is superior in material and offers fabulous protection while being able to maintain functionality of your phone through the clear front. I love the bright green color as well - a nice change from the typical black. I may have to get one in PINK though.. LOL!
