Product Review - Yacun Women's Vintage Plus Size Polka Dot Dress #review #Dress #Yacun #plussize #amazon

Yacun Women's Vintage Plus Size Polka Dot Dress

"Style meets function is this simply cute polka dot dress. The slightly stretchy material offers comfort, the neckline design and wrap around belt gives it just the right amount of sophistication. The knee length makes this dress prefect for both casual and classy events. A simply stunning piece!"

This gorgeous dress is made from 100% polyester - so the material has some nice stretch to it.  I'm just under 5 feet tall and as you can see, it's the perfect length for me.  Now, I typically wear between a 2X and a 3X in dresses and tops and bottoms, so I opted for a 4X to be on the safer side.  According to the size chart, pictured below, it says that a 4X is size 22-24 US.  However, the waistline measures more at 20 inches which to my experience is more of a 2X-3X.  So for me, it's still is a little snug in some areas but then again, I've also never owned a full polyester dress before and had nothing to compare it to.

Despite the somewhat small fit, I still like this 1960's style polka dot swing dress!  Overall, for me, it fits comfortably!  I personally LOVE that there's NO zippers or buttons to mess with.. you just slip it on and then put on the belt. :)  As someone with physical limitations, this is awesome for me since I don't have to ask anyone to zip me up or assist me with buttons.

The dress can be worn as casual or when you're dressing up.  You can even use this for Cosplay or if you're going to a themed event.  It definitely sets the mood for a 1950's "Rockabilly" outfit too!  Who says retro look isn't in?  Just pair it up with a bright red lipstick and you'll be set.  :)

Product Review - 12" Green Earth Frying Pan by Ozeri #Review #Kitchen #Pan #Ozeri

12" Green Earth Frying Pan by Ozeri

with Textured Ceramic Non-Stick Coating from Germany

(100% PTFE, PFOA and APEO Free)

It's been many years since I have used a frying pan that got me so excited about it's performance that I find myself showing it off to close friends and family when they pop over to visit!  The Green Earth Frying Pan by Ozeri is simply SUPERB!  I am absolutely stunned by it's incredible performance overall - from how well it cooks to how it cleans up nicely afterwards.

I'm a huge fan of textured non-stick pans, I find the food cooks more evenly and doesn't stick as easily as they do on a typical flat surfaced pan.  The handle is great, does not absorb the heat and therefore burn you silly.  This Ozeri Green Earth pan is healthier to use vs other cheap knockoffs that are NOT 100% PTFE and PFOA free.. which the EPA has classified as a 'persistent pollutant of the environment'.  It's also induction ready and easy to clean.  Personally, to keep your pan in its prime, I'd recommend not throwing it in a dishwasher..  you CAN, it's dishwasher safe.. but I value my pans and the abrasives will create small scores in the surface and you'll be having to replace them.

I decided the simplest cook test would be - fried eggs!  As you can see from the photos below, I cooked two eggs and broke the yolk of one on purpose to see how well it would still cook and flip without leaving a big mess or egg residue.  As per the instructions, I used a small amount of oil (extra virgin olive oil) to coat the pan.  I added 1/4 tsp and used a small sheet of paper towel to rub it in.  After wiping away any excess oil, I allowed the pan to heat up.  I cracked my eggs and began to cook them... breaking one of them to see if it would be hard to flip with the yolk running all over the place.  It took LESS time to cook AND both eggs were incredibly easy to flip!  I didn't have to scrape or re-oil the pan!

The Green Earth Frying Pan by Ozeri also comes with a green, felt protective "buffer" so you can store it safely with other pans or pots on top of it and not risk scratching the surface with any friction.

Utilizing GREBLON -- an ultra-safe ceramic coating from Germany, the Green Earth Pan by Ozeri is one of the world's first frying pans to achieve non-stick perfection while remaining absolutely free of PTFE, PFOA and other harmful chemicals.  Conventional cookware and other ceramic cookware brands achieve their non-stick performance through a coating of PTFE, a synthetic substance that has waxy properties.  At very high temperatures, PTFE begins to decompose and release fumes which are documented to be lethal to birds and small pets, and which can be harmful to humans.  In addition, traditional pans incorporating PTFE are often manufactured with the aid of PFOA, which the EPA has classified as a 'persistent pollutant of the environment'.  With the Green Earth Pan's GREBLON ceramic from Germany, even under high temperatures, no harmful toxic fumes are ever released into the environment.  This is because the Green Earth Pan utilizes a 100% ceramic coating inspired by nature - not a laboratory.  The Green Earth Pan's ceramic coating is completely free of PTFE and PFOA, and far more durable and scratch-resistant than other non-stick surfaces. With better non-stick properties, the Green Earth Pan allows you to saute, fry, bake, boil and braise with as little as half the amount of oil normally used, and cleaning is a breeze.  The Green Earth Pan by Ozeri is made of the highest quality die-cast aluminum that allows for even cooking and fantastic browning without hot spots.  It boasts a magnetized bottom for rapid heat transfer on induction stoves, and a heat resistant silicone coated handle.  This version of The Green Earth Pan features a textured ceramic cooking surface.  The elevations of the textured cooking surface create air pockets which distribute heat underneath food to enhance cooking performance.  Per Ozeri, your complete satisfaction is guaranteed.  GREBLON ceramic is made by Weilburger GmbH, Germany.  Final assembly in China.
