Product Review - Durex RealFeel Non-Latex Condoms

Durex Avanti Bare RealFeel Non-Latex Condoms

Recently, I received this two box sample of "Durex's Avanti Bare RealFeel Non-Latex Natural Skin On Skin Feeling" condoms from Crowdtap to review.

I was glad that I was selected for this and that the condoms were non-latex! I'm extremely allergic to latex products of any type.. I recently had a terrible experience with a latex Halloween mask several years ago because I forgot about my own allergy! Yee-ouch!

Each box contains 3 ultra fine, lubricated, polyisoprene, non-latex condoms. I personally think they feel more natural and less "rubbery" or plastic. The hubby didn't really notice a major difference in sensation one way or the other but he was glad I was happy and not having an allergic reaction. To him, they feel pretty light, allow good circulation through and have good thinness. In our opinion, these should be fine for 95% of men.

There's no icky "rubber" odor -- which I always have hated. So, overall, these are very affordable and reliable, especially if you're allergic to latex or just want something light, new and dependable.

Superbly easy to apply. Blends perfectly with my real lashes! They're extremely light-weight, feathery and you'd never know they're not real. They're very soft and sweet. I love that it comes with it's own applicator adhesive so you're not out looking for one!

Frizz Ease 3-Day Straight Flat Iron Spray

Being half-Korean, I have thick hair.. Mine also happens to have a lot of wave, body and some slight ringlet curls. When I was younger, I had straight hair.. a little wave to it, but nothing like it is now..! The John Freida Frizz Ease truly delivers as promised. The spray itself is lightweight and pleasantly scented.. and left my hair straight and soft!

The LEFT photo is not recent.. it's my hair after I got my bangs cut and hair washed.. I have since grown my hair longer in back and lightened/colored it..
The RIGHT photo is my hair straightened.

Hershey’s Kisses Milk Chocolates

A delicious FAMILY SIZE bag of THE brand name of chocolates out there... Hershey's Kisses... I can't really write anything more than what everyone knows already. Hershey's Kisses are perfectly sweet, perfectly share-able, perfectly gift-able, bake-able, tote-able... you name it. They come in so many wonderful varieties now and I'm always on the lookout for when new flavors come out.. especially during holidays! Kisses are a natural, go-to chocolate for ME when I need my chocolate fix and cravings satisfied with little guilt. :)

Red Rose Simply Indulgent Teas

Hello! Calling all tea lovers out there! If you haven't tried the RedRose Tea brand.. I encourage you to do so... now.. and well.. now! If you're a fan of beautiful, naturally flavored black teas - give these a taste! I tried the Creme Caramel first and then the Lemon Chiffon. Both were very aromatic and flavorful.. NOT overpowering and definitely NOT a fake taste to them. I allowed my tea bags to steep for about 4 minutes and ended up with delicious cups of yummy-tummy goodness.

Vaseline Men Spray Lotion

We received this Vaseline Men Spray and both tried it out and both agree...

The scent is nice and the non-greasy feeling is a wonderful change to most lotions! Maybe because it comes out in a spray? Who knows? But what a great product! It's easy to apply and truly leaves your skin feeling soft and smooth. This is a product we will buy in the future!

KISS Looks So Natural Lashes

I received in my #JAdoreVoxBox from Influenster the KISS Looks So Natural Lashes. I was intrigued by the tapered ends and the "feathery" look to them. I've seen tons of false lashes before but none that looked so lightweight as these.

Inside the box were, of course, the lashes and KISS brand adhesive. Nice! I was wondering if I would need to seek out my own lash glue - which I don't own - so it was nice to have it all there for me!

As someone with no hands... I found this task of applying false lashes to be quite a challenge.. However, I was surprised at how easy I was able to do it after failing twice! But somehow, I managed to get them on..

As you can see, I applied only one lash in these two photos.. I wanted to show you what they look like with no additional makeup and also how it compares to my real lashes. Quite a difference!

And here I am with makeup on. I decided to go for a smokey look and I applied black eyeliner and used some mascara on my lashes.. then I brushed them to blend them together.

These are DEFINITELY some lashes I'll be using again in the future! Wow! Amazing results! :)

Product Review - Boots Botanics Ionic Clay Mask #powerofplants

Boots Botanics Shine Away Ionic Clay Mask*

My latest #VoxBox from Influenster contained this oceanic mineral clay mask. I was excited to try it out to see what this mask was like compared to others I've used in the past. I'd never tried an "ionic" clay mask before.

For me personally, I don't suffer with breakouts or too much skin problem overall. I *do* have sensitive skin and I have tiny blackheads on my nose.. but nothing severe.

I was *unpleasantly* surprised when I first opened the container, pulled back the seal and had a good amount spill out all over myself and my desk.. Wow! I've never used a RUNNY clay mask before! All of the masks I'd ever used before were thick and almost "muddy" vs watery.

I applied the mask to my nose, cheeks, chin... basically, the lower region of my face. It went on very thin but after several minutes, I could feel it harden and begin to darken.

So, far.. no issues. It didn't feel tingling, burning, nada.. so, I continued to wait for it to fully harden and then I went to wash it off. Within 10-20 seconds of washing it off.. my skin was hot to the touch and my face was burning! Ouch! It wasn't too painful but it definitely wasn't comfortable.. nor an experience I'd go through again.

It took around 30 minutes for the pain to subside and the redness to die down.. My face was still warmer than normal and it'd been a full hour later. My skin *did* feel a little softer but again... it's not something I'd do willingly to myself again.

So, for me... this is a product I'd pass on.. however, it might be worth trying for anyone who has shine-control issues and not so sensitive skin. Boots is a pretty good company and I'd gladly give other products a chance.
